How We Store Personal Information

Information pertaining to clients, patients, and their therapeutic treatments is securely stored in our practice management software as well as Hubspot and Google Drive. We also hold physical and confidential data (e.g. evaluations or case records). Records aredeleted no later than 6 years after the conclusion of our engagement. Emails and invoices are purged after 5 years.
